The New Japan Radio NJM78L00S series is a 100 mA output 3 terminal positive voltage regulator. It has improvements in contrast with a conventional NJM78L00 which are an output voltage accuracy, an operating temperature range and MLCC correspondence. Moreover it has 3.3V output voltage version.
