NJM78xx, 1.5A Voltage Regulators, New Japan Radio

The NJM78xx Series, positive linear voltage regulator by New Japan Radio is a fixed voltage regulator. The 3-Terminal NJM78 range of voltage regulators requires no external components unless you want to adjust the voltage and current outputs. They incorporate internal thermal overload protection and current limiting plus safe area compensation. The NJR regulator IC produces an output current of 1.5A and is used in a wide variety of applications including on-card regulation which eliminates problems that occur with single point regulation.
