The Vishay surface mount zener diode comes in DO-214AC package and has underwriters laboratory flammability classification 94 V-0. High temperature soldering guaranteed(260 °C/10 s at terminals). It has 47V nominal zener voltage, 1W power dissipation and ± 5% standard zener voltage tolerance.
