• Non-woven web minimises gouging while maintaining conformability
• Rated to 25,000 r/min for high-speed rotary applications
• Hook-and-loop attachment enables fast disc changes on site
• Black backing with white font provides clear grade identification

Applications

• Suitable for deburring mild steel components in robotic cells
• Ideal for edge‑breaking on electrical enclosure assemblies
• Used for surface blending on aluminium housings during finishing
• Can be used for light grinding of mechanical brackets before welding
• Suitable for cleaning and refining PCB chassis and metal subassemblies

What abrasive mineral is used and how does it affect wear?

The disc uses aluminium oxide which gives consistent cutting action on ferrous metals while offering durability for extended abrasive life.

Which attachment types is it compatible with during on-tool changes?

It is designed for hook-and-loop back-up pads and works with low-profile pad systems for quick replacement without centre holes.

How does the non-woven construction influence surface finish?

The conformable Fibre web smooths and blends without undercutting, producing a conditioned finish suitable before final assembly.

What pack format and quantity should I expect for production use?
