From RS PRO, comes a range of high quality and cutting edge multiple output programmable linear DC power supplies with LCD display screen. These DC Power supplies are controlled by a microprocessor unit (MPU), which can be connected via an in-built RS-232 communication interface to a personal computer.
The large 192 x 128 LCD screen displays all outputs simultaneously to simplify operation.

Linear power supplies drop the voltage from an AC (alternating current) line to a much lower voltage. This is achieved using a large transformer. Linear power supplies can be used anywhere that low ripple excellent regulation is required as well as needing excellent response and low electromagnetic emissions.
