RS PRO 24 VA DIN Rail Transformer, 230 V ac Primary 1 x, 24 V ac Secondary


The RS PRO DIN (Deutsches Institut für Normung, or the German Institute of Standardization) rail transformer can be used with continuous electrical loads. It protects against short circuit and overload, as well as electric shock. This means you'll often find it on internal building jobs, inside workshops and within factories. It's also commonly used with temporary lighting and heating.

For easy installation, the DIN rail transformer mounts onto a standard 35 mm (TS35) DIN rail. The product also comes with pre-drilled screw holes.

The plastic casing has an IP20 rating, so it has a basic level of dust protection and can withstand touch. However, as it's not waterproof, it's best suited to indoor environments.

You'll find this transformer has been tested for durability and consistency like all of the products in our trusted RS PRO range. Its also been electrical and flash tested to ensure its safety.
