RS PRO Pressure Pad Surface Mount 250 mA, 25 V DC


From our tried-and-tested RS PRO series, this pressure pad offers highly reliable intruder detection – its sensitivity means it can sense someone as light as 16 kg.

The pad should be installed on a flat, even base and can be used for applications such as triggering alarms and opening doors. With its 3 mm depth and 230 mm x 160 mm dimensions, it's easy to conceal under a carpet or doormat for covert detection. Made from seam-welded PVC material in black, this product fits in with commercial or retail interiors. With an IP64 rating, the pressure pad is totally sealed against dust for long-lasting use, but it's not waterproof.

This product has undergone thorough testing to meet our high standards. It conforms to BS 4737-3, the British standard for intruder alarm systems. Pressure pads are commonly used in security systems and shops and restaurants.
