Manufactured from polyester fabric with a flame-retardant polyurethane coating, the internal thermal insulation layer is a stitched glass filament blanket. Fixing is via quick release buckles on high temperature webbing straps.

The internal heating element comprises high performance resistance wire spiral wound on to a glass core with silicone extruded insulation. Temperature control is by an inbuilt digital thermostat with process timer.

The actual maximum running temperature achievable will depend on the product being heated.
