The Trenz electronic is an FPGA module integrating a Xilinx Artix-7 100T FPGA, two 10/100 Mbit Ethernet PHYs, 512Mb DDR3 SDRAM with 8-bit width, 32Mb flash memory for configuration and operation. It has powerful switch-mode power supplies for all on-board voltages. The rugged high-speed stacking strips provide a large number of configurable I/Os. All this on a tiny footprint, smaller than a credit card. It is used for industrial applications.
