The 256x1 linear image sensor that offers high sensitivity and uniformity over wavelength. With a pitch of 63.5 μm (400 DPI) and 256 active photo pixels, it provides a gap and distortion-free optical line sensing solution. The sensor operates at high clock rates of up to 5 MHz, requiring only 256 clocks for readout. It also features a shutter function for flexible integration times. With glitch-free analogue output and a push-pull output amplifier, it ensures reliable performance. It can be powered by a 5V single supply or run off an external bias to reduce power consumption.
