RS PRO Shorting Link Female Straight Black Closed Top 2 Way 1 Row 2.54 mm Pitch


This black RS PRO single-row shorting link is designed to mate with 0.6 mm² headers with a minimum header length of 4.3 mm. The closed-top shorting link also has a pitch of 2.54 mm. Components such as these are commonly used by computing professionals and electricians alike for their ability to create a precise and dependable connection.

This one is tin-plated with phosphor bronze contacts and has a black glass-filled PBT UL94V-0 (thermoplastic insulator) housing. This material makes it resistant to the elements and harsh environments. The shorting link has a maximum contact resistance of 20 mΩ. It has a female design and straight orientation that measures 4.98 mm x 2.54 mm x 2.44 mm. Part of the RS PRO PCB (printed circuit board) connector range, this link is used to cover most board-to-board, bussing and programming requirements.
