NLT TFT Colour LCD Modules


The TFT Colour LCD Modules, from NLT Technologies (formerly NEC), are high quality displays designed for industrial use. With a long production lifetime, the TFT LCD modules are ideal for industrial applications which require a display to last. NLT’s TFT LCD modules are composed of the amorphous silicon thin film transistor liquid crystal display (a-So TFT LCD) panel structure with driver LSIs for driving the TFT array and backlight. The a-Si TFT LCD panel structure is injected liquid crystal material into a narrow gap between the TFT array glass substrate and a colour-filter glass substrate. The NLT series of TFT Colour LCD Modules have an LVDS interface and are supported by specific interface kits. Their wide viewing angle, high contrast and low reflection make the displays suitable for use in industrial applications.
