The LZC Series LED modules from LedEngin, feature a 40W 12 die LED emitter mounted on a star MCPCB. The MCPCB provides an easy method of mounting the emitters as well as Zener diode ESD protection. The MCPCB can be attached to a heat sink with M3 screws.
