This light curtain is an electro-sensitive protective device for machine guarding and presence detection in industrial environments. It operates as a paired emitter and receiver to create a protected detection zone, suitable for finger, hand or body protection depending on beam pitch and minimum Detectable object. The control unit interfaces with machinery and auxiliary devices using an M12 connector and a 24V supply, and the assembly is designed for installation where stopping hazardous motion on beam interruption is required.

How is safety maintained in the event of internal faults?


The device performs self-diagnosis during operation and returns the same OFF signal as a normal beam break
