Lockout labels that allow information regarding the lockout to be provided:  name of person, reason for lockout, name of person authorised to remove the label or modify the information.

These 75 x 160 mm labels are made of polypropylene, which is resistant to water, grease and extreme temperatures.

Their matt surface allows them to be written on in pen or marker.
