Microchip Technology PIC18F27K40 & PIC18F47K40 microcontrollers combine large Flash/EE/RAM memory, rich peripheral integration, eXtreme Low-Power (XLP) technology and 5V support resulting in MCUs suited to a variety of general purpose applications. These devices include 128KB flash memories and are housed in 28 or 40-pin DIP packages.
