The STMicroelectronics Motor driver ICs are a highly flexible platform supporting low‑voltage motors up to 500 W, including stepper, brushed, and brushless DC motors. By integrating low RDS(on) MOSFETs it deliver significant BOM space savings compared to discrete solutions. It integrate Advanced functions such as self‑supplied regulators, charge pump for unlimited high‑side on time, adjustable slew rate for EMI/efficiency optimization, AFE with differential amplifier and comparator, current limiter options, UVLO, thermal shutdown, and open‑load detection, all housed in a Compact package.
