The Wurth Elektronik WL-OCPT is a 4-pin, DIP standard package through-hole mount optocoupler phototransistor with 6.5mm x 4.58mm x 3.5mm(L x W x H) dimensions. The phototransistor has 80V collector emitter voltage and 60mA forward current with 200mW power dissipation.
