Vishay, TCLT1103 Phototransistor Output Optocoupler, Surface Mount, 5-Pin LSOP

The Vishay TCLT110 series Optocoupler consists of a phototransistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode in a 5-lead SOP-6L package. This optocoupler have special construction having creepage distance > 8 mm. It is connected base low profile device.
