RS PRO Hand-Driven Bending and Cutting Machine


If you need to bend or cut components to a prescribed shape or size, use this hand-driven machine from RS PRO. The blades are made from high-carbon steel that's tough enough to cut through copper leads without wearing out over time.

The mechanism is hand-driven, so it's easy to operate. Simply pull down on the overhead handle, pressing the blades down onto the surface material. Straightforward slider scales allow you to set the desired cutting length or bend pitch with ease.

This machine can cut or bend up to 40,000 components an hour, making it perfect for a mass production line. It includes a holder that allows you to feed the leads from a reel directly into the device, further increasing efficiency.
