Vishay, TEMD5110X01 IR Si Photodiode, Surface Mount

This family of PIN photodiodes, from Vishay Semiconductors, are in surface mount (SMD) top looking packages. They offer high speed and high sensitivity, operating at a wavelength of 870 to 950 nm.
