Vishay PIN Diode
The Vishay TEMD series through-hole mount silicon PIN photodiode is the latest device with a photocurrent rating of 70μA and a peak wavelength rating of 900nm. It has high speed and high radiant sensitivity in miniature, flat, top view, clear plastic package. It is applicable for high-speed photodetector. The diode has power dissipation of 215mW with 2nA dark current.
