RS PRO Pneumatic Actuated Butterfly Valve EPDM Liner, 2 in Pipe Size


This pneumatic actuated butterfly valve from RS PRO lets you control the release of gas or water through your pressure system. Its pneumatic actuator uses compressed air to rotate the butterfly-type circular plate over the valve hole, causing it to open or close.

The disc and shaft components are constructed from 316-grade stainless steel, a high-strength metal containing chromium and nickel to increase corrosion resistance. The body of the valve is made from GG25 cast iron to protect it from abrasion, while the polyurethane coating stops water or grease in your system from degrading the valve's strength. These properties make this valve a durable, long-lasting choice for use in demanding applications.

The EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) liner body material is a synthetic rubber membrane that's resistant to UV (ultraviolet) radiation, so it's suitable for outdoor use. The valve comes with a three-year warranty to assure you it's built to last.
