This RFI filter is a powerful component that can be connected to electronic devices to protect them from harmful radio frequency interference (RFI). It’s part of our tried-and-tested RS PRO range.

RFI can hamper the performance of radio equipment, as well as cause damage to electronic circuits, which is why it's so important to safeguard your devices. This RFI filter prevents unwanted frequencies from harming your equipment. It can handle electrical surges of up to 6000 V (volts) and currents of 3000 A (ampere), meeting BS (British Standard) 6651:1992 Appendix C for lightning protection.

The filter can be wall-mounted near power supplies to protect critical equipment, such as devices used for medical imaging in MRI rooms. It can also be used for computers and industrial equipment. It’s fully tested to IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) 1000-4-5 and IEC 100-4-6, ensuring excellent surge immunity.
