Design Card for IR38 Series SupIRBuck™ DC/DC Regulator
Infineon offers a range of design cards for SupIRBuck regulators. The synchronous buck converter is available in a QFN package in different sizes including 3.5 x 3.5 mm, 5 x 6 mm and 5 mmx7 mm. The evaluation boards have many features that include programmable switching frequency, selectable digital soft start, 0.6 V reference voltages, thermal protection enable input, line/ load regulation and an internal LDO and pre-bias start-up.
