This heavy-duty power connector insert is a male, panel-mount power insert designed for industrial electrical connections. It provides a straight 4+E pole arrangement for machines and control equipment, operating up to 400V with screw termination and a Compact 3A size suitable for confined panel spaces.

What conductor sizes can be terminated with this insert?


It accepts conductor cross-sections from 0.75 mm² up to 1.5 mm² with a stripping length of 2.5–5.5mm to secure conductors in screw terminals.

How does the insert perform electrically between conductors?


It is specified for a rated voltage conductor–conductor of 400V and a rated impulse voltage of 4 kV, suitable for standard industrial supply systems.

What materials and finishes are used for the contacts?


Contacts are formed from a copper alloy with a silver-plated surface to improve conductivity and wear resistance in repeated mating cycles.

How Durable are terminations and mechanical cycles?
