The Murata Power Solutions high withstand voltage type metal alloy power inductor is capable of handling large currents. It has a size of 2.0±0.2mm in length, 1.6±0.2mm in width, and 1.2mm in thickness, with a size code of 0806 (2016). The inductance is 0.47μH±20%, tested at a frequency of 1MHz. The rated current (I sat), based on inductance change, is 5400mA (max.) and 6300mA (typ.), while the rated current (Item), based on temperature rise, is 4400mA (max.) and 5500mA (typ.). The DC resistance is 0.019Ω (typ.), and the operating temperature range, including self-temperature rise, is -40°C to 155°C. Without self-temperature rise, the operating temperature range is -40°C to 115°C.
