The Phoenix Contact Surge Protection Device is a one-piece 6.2 mm wide DIN rail module designed for surge protection of two floating signal wires. It provides reliable attenuation to prevent signal interference. With its narrow overall width of just 6 mm, it saves space and can be quickly and easily installed using DIN rail connectors. Tested and approved for use in Ex areas, it offers surge protection in harsh environments. The device has a nominal voltage of 24 V DC and can accommodate flexible or rigid conductor cross sections from 0.2 mm² to 2.5 mm². It is suitable for MCR technology and belongs to the Line tab product family.
