RS PRO 2.54 mm Pitch Spring Test Probe With Concave Tip, 3 A
This pack of five spring test probes is part of our tried-and-tested RS PRO range. These probes are made of phosphor bronze and can be used in the testing of PCBs (printed circuit boards). Thanks to their concave tips, the spring-loaded probes are an ideal choice for testing long leads, terminals and wire wrap posts.
To use the probes, you'll need a receptacle, which can be ordered separately. Using separate probes and receptacles makes it easy to replace a damaged probe without disturbing the wiring. And as the probes can be push fitted into the mounting plate, it's possible to achieve an airtight seal without the use of any adhesives.
These test probes are suitable for use on automatic test equipment and test jigs, where fast testing of multipoint PCBs and sub-assemblies is needed.
