The gap pad is an electrically insulating and thermally conductive elastomeric material ideal for high performance applications requiring electrical isolation. With a thermal impedance of 0.42°C-in/W at 50 psi, this green-colored material offers great thermal conductivity and insulation. It is a silicone-based material coated on both sides with a fiberglass reinforcement layer, ensuring durability and performance.
