This thyristor is rated for a 60 A RMS power switching, offers superior performances in Peak voltage robustness up to 1200 V and surge current handling up to 600 A sine wave pulse. Its key features allow the design of functions such as AC switch and AC-DC controlled rectifier-bridge. It is available in A-SMIT package and Ideal for a maximum thermal performance.
