Littelfuse Metal Oxide Varistor - TMOV Series
The TMOV series from Littefuse are thermally protected varistors that represent a new development in integrated circuit protection. The TMOV series is comprised of radial leaded MOVs with an integrated thermally activated element that is designed to open when abnormal over-voltage causes overheating.
