The DiodesZetex 2A synchronous buck converter that operates efficiently within a wide input voltage range of 3.8V to 32V. It integrates high-side and low-side power MOSFETs with minimal external components, facilitating high-efficiency DC/DC conversion. The device employs Peak current mode control alongside an internal compensation network, reducing the need for external components while enhancing usability. With optimised designs aimed at minimising electromagnetic interference (EMI), the AP63200 operates at either 500kHz or 1.1MHz, depending on the model, providing flexibility for a variety of applications such as consumer electronics, power tools, and automotive systems.
