The DiodesZetex 2A synchronous buck converter that operates efficiently within a wide input voltage range of 3.8V to 32V. It integrates high-side and low-side power MOSFETs with minimal external components, facilitating high-efficiency DC/DC conversion. The device employs Peak current mode control alongside an internal compensation network, reducing the need for external components while enhancing usability. With optimised designs aimed at minimising electromagnetic interference (EMI), the AP63200 operates at either 500kHz or 1.1MHz, depending on the model, providing flexibility for a variety of applications such as consumer electronics, power tools, and automotive systems.

Wide input voltage range of 3.8V to 32V, accommodating diverse power supply needs

Integrated 125mΩ high-side and 68mΩ low-side MOSFETs provide high efficiency

Supports up to 2A continuous output current for demanding applications

Built-in protection features include overvoltage protection and thermal shutdown

Low quiescent current of just 22μA enhances energy efficiency during idle operation

Precision enable threshold allows for customizable undervoltage lockout settings

Capable of fixed output voltages of 3.3V and 5V, simplifying integration into circuits
