PunchOut

• Quick and easy access to our products and purchasing information

• Order and return products directly to your E-Procurement system

• Configures with SAP Ariba, Coupa and other e-Procurement systems

When a shopping cart is returned to your system, you get the information you need to make a purchase order, including stock number, price, quantity and package sizes

eInvoicing

• A paperless solution, to send invoices from our system to yours in the most widely used format in your market

• A legal tax invoice in PDF format is created which is sent to your system. Directly or via a third party system depending on your setup

• The invoice is then either accepted by your system or rejected and sent back to us if there are any questions about it

• The invoice is archived. You can then access this document through a portal

eOrdering

• The incoming order data is stored in our eProcurement Hub and then sent to our system for processing

• We can then send advanced shipping notes as well as responses to purchase orders
