How do I return a product?

You can request a return online through 'My Account' via your order history. You must be registered to access 'My Account'. If you have not registered to access My Account, please contact our customer services team on 64 83 40 00.

When requesting a return, please take into account the following:

 - When returning a product please send your returns to YOYO GLOBAL FREIGHT, Larsamyrå 10, N-4313 Sandness. Remember to add the RMA (Return Material Autrisation) number at the parcel, so it is visible. 

 - Please notice that our return fee is 20% of the invoiced value or minimum kr.150.

 - For returns older than 30 days please see our Conditions of Sales 

 - It is your responsibility to make sure the items are securely packaged, labelled and transported in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations (including those relating to the transport of hazardous materials).

 - For terms and conditions, please see Section 8 of the 'Cancellations and Returns' in our Conditions of Sale.
