It's important to have a clean, smooth surface on the suction cups or open silencer in a vacuum system. This vacuum filter from Festo keeps dust and dirt from interfering with the vacuum's integrity, so you can be assured of reliable suction. You can insert the unit in the tubing line as an in-line filter to remove air particles in the direction of suction. The fabric filter element is located in transparent housing to make it easy to see when it's time for a replacement.

The lightweight and compact filter is easy to access for repairs and changes. This product is ideal for applications – such as open vacuum systems for moving awkward or fragile workpieces from one location to another – where a secure hold is vital and where contaminants could compromise grip.
