Proximity Sensors
The Schneider Electrics XT range, an offer of capacitive proximity sensors. This capacitive proximity sensor has a cylindrical threaded design and a fixed body. It is flush mountable and has a frontal detection face. It has PNP discrete output and supports nominal sensing distance. This capacitive proximity 3-wire sensor has a rated supply voltage of 12V to 24V DC, with reverse polarity protection and no load current consumption.
No physical contact with the object to be detected
Detection of any object irrespective of material or conductivity
Sensitivity easy to adjust with a potentiometer, to suit the type of object to be detected
