Allen Bradley Guardmaster 440K Safety Interlock Switch, 1NC/1NO, Keyed Actuator Included, Glass Filled PBT

This compact unit is a universal tongue actuated safety interlock switch which features 2 entry slots. The head can be conveniently rotated to offer up to 4 actuator entry options, allowing application flexibility to suit your requirements. The head can be moved only by releasing the cover screws.

The 440K-T11305 Trojan T15 safety switch includes a standard type stainless-steel actuator, offering superior durability and longevity. It has 1NC safety contact, 1 NO auxiliary contact, and convenient M20 conduit entry. This standard model safety switch has a high ingress protection rating of IP67, which ensures that it is dust-tight and can withstand washdown environments. The housing material is comprised of resilient UL approved glass filled polybutylene terephthalate. The housing is also red to provide excellent visibility of the unit. The Trojan T15 switches are specifically designed to be fixed onto hinged, sliding and lift-off machine guards and offer enhanced protection for operators. It has break-before-make action and a voltage rating of 600VAC and 600VDC.

The Trojan T15 switch is operated by inserting a specially profiled key, which is permanently fixed to the door. The 440K Trojan interlock units provide cost-efficient and safe electrical interlocking of the guard to the control circuit of the machine.

This device can be used with GuardLink, a new safety linking technology from Allen Bradley Guardmaster. GuardLink simplifies and reduces the connection time of the safety system while providing real-time diagnostic information over Ethernet IP.
