RS PRO Solar PV Connector Assembly Kit

A full assembly kit for the installation of PV Solar connectors featuring 2 pairs of PV connectors and suitable for use in all solar applications that require NEC interlocks.

Suitable for use in all solar applications that require NEC interlocks and capable of taking cable sizes from 10mm². Constructed from NORYL flame retardant thermoplastic the PV connector offers a high level of stability, insulation, flame resistance and UV protection for a reliable Solar PV connector suitable for the harshest environments.

Easy to connect, efficient and suitable for use in large scale installations and Solar farms. The ideal and flexible solution to solar power management.

Crimping Tool: Supplied with multiple jaws and crimping guide for the crimping of Solar DC cables.

Cable Stripper: Strips solar cable for 2.5/4/6 mm² conductors.

Cable Cutter: With return spring and safety lock.

5 x Straight Connector Spanner: for tightening and opening straight PV connectors (RS 239-4986).

5 x Branch Connectors Spanner: for tightening and opening PV branch connectors (RS 239-4987).

Panel Connector Spanner: To open and hold the PV connector housing of the inverter and combiner box.

Universal Straight Connector Spanner: A straight connector spanner that can be used to open many other brands of connector.

Safety Gauge: A go-no go gauge for the verification of the correct locking of contact pins

Panel Connector (Pair): Female and male PV panel connector for use in inverter and combiner box (RS 239-4970/ 239-4971)

Straight PV Connector (Pair): Female and male straight PV connector (RS 239-4966)
