The Fischer Elektronik Thermal conductive paste and thermal interface film, made from silicon thermal transfer compound, are designed to provide efficient heat dissipation in various electronic applications. With a thermal conductivity of 0.61 W/m·K, they ensure effective thermal management. The paste and film can operate within a temperature range of -40°C to +250°C, making them suitable for a wide variety of conditions.
