Make protection of personnel the highest priority in your workplace and secure your machine guard with the 440K-T11110 Trojan 5 Safety Interlock Switch by Allen Bradley Guardmaster. This tongue interlock unit has dual key entry slots and a rotatable head, which can be moved by releasing the cover screws, and offers four key entry options.

The Trojan 5 switches are easy to install and are operated by inserting a specially-profiled key that is permanently attached to the leading edge of the guard door. The actuator is tamper-resistant and will only operate when mounted to the barrier, ensuring optimal security and stability.

The 440K-T11110 Trojan 5 switch has 2NC safety contacts, 1NO auxiliary contact, and M20 conduit entry. This safety switch uses a semi-flexible actuator made of tough stainless-steel. It has Break-Before-Make action and a voltage rating of 240VAC and 24VDC. The housing for this switch is made of durable UL approved glass-filled PBT and is red for easy visibility. The enclosure is sealed to IP67, which ensures that it is fully dust-proof and can withstand some immersion in water. The Trojan interlock switches are designed to be installed at the leading edge of sliding, lift-off, and hinged guard doors.

This device can be used with GuardLink, a new linking technology from Allen Bradley Guardmaster. GuardLink simplifies and reduces the connection time of the safety system while providing real-time diagnostic information over Ethernet IP.
