Bulgin Circular Connector


The Bulgin Buccaneer series 2-poles male circular front panel mounting connector has a plug-type connection. This connector has a voltage rating of 250VAC/DC and current rating is up to 12A per contact. This cable mounting connector is ideal for use in challenging conditions. The connector shell is made from glass-filled polyamide with gold-plated copper alloy contacts. The connectors also feature a positive locking mating system that means the connector cannot be mismatched.

Environment

The standard series of buccaneer connectors are protected to IP68 when mated. This means they are dust-tight and resistant to particle ingress such as dust and sand. They are also waterproof, meaning they are protected from liquid ingress up to the point of submersion for a limited time.
