How do I return a product ordered offline?
- Please go to 'My Account'
- click on "View all orders"
- At the top of the page, right hand side you find "Quick links".
- Use the drop-down menu and choose "Return a product or order"
You will see an empty return template. where you need to fill in the information from your offline order. You will automatically receive a return number, which you have to ensure is visible on the parcel, when you return your product to RS. This method can also be used for online orders.
If you have paid with credit card and you return one or more products, we ask you to register your bank account number. If you return more products, you only have to register the number once. We will transfer the money to your account. If we don't receive this information, you will have a voucher at your RS account until we hear from you.When requesting a return, please take into account the following:

Remember to add the RMA (Return Material Autrisation) number at the parcel, so it is visible.
